What do i do if a Street Light is out?

Any resident can make the call to get a street light fixed. All calls should be made to Ron Weaver, Jr., Public Works Department, at 215-968-2800 ext. 246. Please be sure to have the street name and pole # (found directly on the pole) when the call is made.

How is snow removal handled?

All policies related to a resident's snow removal come from the Newtown Township Code of Ordinances. Pleae click on link below for specifics. Please note, it is the responsibility of the property owner to clear the sidewalk within 24 hours after the snow has stopped falling. Snow is to be placed on the property owner’s property. Snow should never be placed in the roadway

Are there guidelines about campers, rvs, and boats?

Found under Article XIII: Use Regulations, Section 803, H-7 of the Newtown Township Code of Ordinances, please note that campers, recreation vehicles, and boats shall be stored on the premises by the occupant of the premises only and then only behind the front line of the house.

how much are association dues and when are they paid?

Association dues are $350 per household per year. A statement is mailed to each Homeowner at the beginning of January each year. Payment is due in full by the last day of February. Any resident with an unpaid balance as of March 15th will be considered delinquent and will be charged a $30 late fee for each month payment is not received.
